Itinerary

In the class we teach the most popular Qigong practices: Eight pieces Ba Duan Jin Qigong,(or others lilke Yi Jin Jing, Five Animal Play as requested)

As the same time, other useful medical self-healing methods will be taught in the class. Self-massages to relief pains, stress, and mental problems will be instructed and free videos will be given to enable you to learn them at home.
