Itinerary

Day 1: Beijing West Railway Station-Xi’an City Wall-Drum and Bell Tower-Muslim Quarter (L)

Stop At: Beijing West Railway Station, No.118, Lian Hua Chi East Rd Fengtai District, Beijing 100036 China
Your driver will meet you at 6:30.a.m in your hotel lobby in Beijing and transfer to Beijing West Railway Station to catch your departure train around 7:40.a.m to Xi’an, Shanxi province. Your driver will help you to get the train ticket.
Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang), Zhongxin District, Xi’an 710001 China
Upon arrival,your local tour guide and driver will pick you up at Xi’an train station,drive about 1 hour to the City Wall. Stop for a quick lunch. After lunch, enjoy some time on top of the City Wall accompanied by your tour guide.The City Wall is located in the urban district of Xi’an City, represents one of the oldest, largest and best preserved Chinese city walls. Riding a bike is a fun experience too (optional for you).

Stop At: Drum Tower (Gulou), The Southern of Xi’an West Main Street Beiyuanmen,, Xi’an 710003 China
Then drive to Drum Tower, located in the heart of Xi’an, along with the Bell Tower is a symbol of the city. Erected in 1380 during the early Ming Dynasty, it stands towering above the city center and offers incredible view of Xi’an. Drum and Bell Tower are called the ‘sister buildings’ or ‘morning bell and dark drum’.

Stop At: Muslim Quarter, West of Bell Drum Towers Square , Beilin District, Xi’an 710000 China
Your next stop is Muslim Quarter,located to the north of the West Street in the city center, the quarter covers several blocks inhabitated by over 20,000 Muslims.There are about ten mosques in the area of the Muslim Street,among which the Great Mosque in the Huajue Lane is the most famous and popular. You can try some local delicious snacks if you like.

After the tour, your tour guide and driver will drop you off at your hotel (at your own arrangement).

Day 2: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses – Big Wild Goose Pagoda (L)

Stop At: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Qinling North Road, Lintong District, Xi’an 710600 China
Your tour guide and driver will pick you up at 8:30am in your hotel lobby in Xi’an. Drive about 1 hour to the Musuem of Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses,which is a collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. It Your tour guide and driver will pick you up at 8:00am in your hotel lobby in Xi’an.Drive about 1 hour to the Musuem of Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses,which is a collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China.It is a form of funerary art buried with the emperor in 210–209 BCE with the purpose of protecting the emperor in his afterlife.Being the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Terracotta Army is no doubt a must-see for every visitor to Xi’an.

Stop At: Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta), Enci Temple The southern part of Yata Road, Yanta District, Xi’an 710061 China
After enjoy a nice lunch at a local restaurant,continue to Big Wild Goose Pagoda,one of the most famous Buddhist pagodas in China, located in southern Xi’an. It was built in 652 in the Tang Dynasty (618-907) for the study of Buddhist scriptures and originally had five stories.A massive earthquake in 1556 heavily damaged the pagoda and reduced it by three stories, to its current height of seven stories.

Stop At: Beijing West Railway Station, No.118, Lian Hua Chi East Rd Fengtai District, Beijing 100036 China
When tour is finished, you will be transferred to train station in Xi’an to catch your departure train around 6:00.p.m from Xi’an to Beijing. Your driver will meet you at Beijing West Railway Station and transfer back to your Beijing hotel.

If you choose tour ending in Xi’an, you will be transferred back to your hotel after the tour.
