Day 1: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace

Stop At: Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang), West Changan Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100006 China
After being picked up at hotel, pay a morning visit to Tiananmen Square, take a leisurely walk and visit surrounding government buildings, experience the solemn atmosphere!

Stop At: Forbidden City-The Palace Museum, No.4 Jingshanqian Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100009 China
Go straight to Forbidden City – the largest ancient imperial palaces group in the world with 600 years history. Visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north to enjoy the magnificent imperial buildings and get to know their special function and explore the splendid Chinese history of the Ming and Qing dynasties from your knowledgeable tour guide.

Stop At: Temple of Heaven, Tiantan Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100050 China
After visiting, learn Chinese herb culture then head to the Temple of Heaven, the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world, where the Ming and Qing emperors prayed for a good harvest. Enjoy grand architecture along the way and you may catch a glimpse of local senior citizens exercising, practicing Tai Chi, singing, dancing, or doing ground calligraphy.

After enjoying tasty lunch in local Chinese restaurant. Drive to the Summer Palace, get intrigued at the imperial gardens at the Summer Palace and walk through one of the longest corridors in the world as you listen to stories behind its beautiful paintings and scenery and find out how the stunning Kunming Lake is. Visit the milk-white pearl on your way back to the hotel.

Day 2: Badaling or Mutianyu Great Wall (please choose one upon booking) and Ming Tomb

Stop At: Mutianyu Great Wall, Mutianyu Village, Bohai Town, Huairou District, Beijing China
Drive about 1.5 hours to the famous Great Wall, Mutianyu (or Badaling) section. Go hiking on the Great Wall for about 2 hours. You can have an option to take the cable car at your own cost and relish the 2,000-year New Wonder of the World to capture panoramic countryside vistas on camera. Drive to jade gallery learning traditional jade culture, then you will taste delicious lunch at a nearby restaurant.

Stop At: Ming Tombs (Ming Shishan Ling), Ming Shisan Ling Area, Changling Town, Changping District, Beijing 102213 China
In the afternoon, transfer to the Ming Tombs(Changling), the largest one among Ming Tombs, get to know Emperor Yongle and enjoy the tranquility of his final resting place. Taste fragrant tea before being transferred back to hotel.

Day 3: Olympic Park, Lama Temple, Hutongs, Jingshan Park

Stop At: Olympic Park, North of Beisihuanzhong road, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100101 China
Your friendly tour guide and driver will pick you up at hotel, start the tour by taking exterior photos at the Birds Nest and Water Cube, the place for holding the 2008 Olympic Games. Enjoy fresh air in the park and take a leisurely walk around this place.

Later, visit the largest lama temple of Beijing – Lama Temple. When you enter inside, you’ll be surprised at the vivid like giant Buddha statue which is made out of a single piece of wood.
