After finish Summer Palace visiting, you can have an experience of taking Beijing subway or public bus (ticket included) to the Old Summer Palace, used to be the most splendid royal garden, reputed as being the “Garden of Gardens”.Constructed in 1709 of Qing Dynasty. However, it was burnt down by the Anglo-French Allied Forces in 1860.
Accompanied by your friendly guide, you will walk around this splendid garden and listen the history. Complete your tour in this garden. You can spend more time to explore the area on your own or your guide can help you to get a taxi to your next destination(at your own cost).
