Itinerary

Day 1: Beijing

Stop At: Mutianyu Great Wall, Mutianyu Village, Bohai Town, Huairou District, Beijing China
In the morning, pick you up from your hotel at Beijing downtown area,then we drive to the famous Mutianyu Great Wall which is the best preserved and most beautiful part of Great Wall around Beijing, it is also much less crowded than other parts of Great Wall. The stunning scenery is all very beautiful in different seasons, the round-trip cable car up and down on the Great Wall is all included.

After the visit of Mutianyu Great Wall,let’s go for a yummy lunch in a local popular restaurant.

Stop At: Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), No.19 Xinjian Gongmen Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100080 China
After lunch, we drive to visit the Summer Palace. Being the largest and most well-preserved royal park in China, it greatly influences Chinese horticulture and landscape with its famous natural views and cultural interests, which also has long been recognized as ‘The Museum of Royal Gardens’.

After finish the visit of Summer Palace, drive you back to your hotel.

Day 2: Beijing-Xi’an

Stop At: Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang), West Changan Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100006 China
In the morning, let’s go to visit Tiananmen Square, it is the biggest square in the world and well known for many big moments happened here in the history. The Chairman Mao memorial museum and China Congress Building are located here, Tiananmen Square was ever part of Forbidden City in the Ming and Qing Dynasty, it became a square from 1949 after the revolutionary.

Stop At: Forbidden City-The Palace Museum, No.4 Jingshanqian Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100009 China
Walking through the Tiananmen Gate, we will walk in the Forbidden City, it was built 600years ago at the beginning of Ming Dynasty, serving to the palaces of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. The whole palace has more than 8400rooms which is the biggest palace in the world. There are three Grand Halls for the emperor’s working places at the front area and residential area for the emperor and concubines at the back area, walking along its axis line from the south gate to the north gate.

Then let’s come to a local very popular roast duck restaurant for lunch in a old courtyard. Pekin roast duck is world well-known delicacy, our lunch will be Pekin roast duck, you can even watch how the duck been roasted in the oven and watch the chef use the sharp knife to cut the roast duck in slices in front of you, very interesting and yummy foodie experience.

Please notice that Forbidden City will be closed on every Monday.

Stop At: Temple of Heaven, Tiantan Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100050 China
After lunch,let’s go to visit another UNESCO historical sight-Temple of Heaven in Beijing. Temple of Heaven is the place for the ancient Chinese emperors to pray for a good harvest of new year, its architecture design and building is a masterpiece for the ancient Chinese culture and architecture.There is a park here, serving for locals as the morning excercise, so many locals coming here to practice Taichi, dancing and singing Pekin Opera here.

After we finish the visit of Temple of heaven, let’s drive to Beijing international airport to catch the flight to fly to Xi’an.

Stop At: Xi’an Xianyang International Airport, Weicheng District, Xianyang, Xianyang, Shaanxi, China
After you flight arrived at Xi’an airport, our local tour guide and driver will pick you from the exit of airport, then drive to visit the famous Muslim Quarter.

Stop At: Muslim Quarter, West of Bell Drum Towers Square , Beilin District, Xi’an 710000 China
Let’s come to Muslim Quarter which is at the downtown center of Xi’an. As the start point of Silk Road, Xi’an was ever the biggest international city in the world, so there are many Muslim people come to Xi’an to do business and settle down here, there are still more than 10,0000 Muslim people living in Muslim Quarter now, most of the restaurants here are run by the Muslim people,many yummy local food here, it is the local very popular place for travelers and locals in the evening.

We will have our dinner here in the Muslim Quarter, taste the local representative snacks food for dinner, a very unforgettable foodie experience for your journey in China.

After dinner, drive you to the local included hotel(5 star), the room type is standard room and the next morning buffet breakfast is included.

• Dinner: We will have dinner in the Muslim Quarter, taste the different local yummy snacks food for dinner.

Day 3: Xi’an-Chengdu

Stop At: Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang), Zhongxin District, Xi’an 710001 China
In the morning, after breakfast,let’s drive to visit Xi’an City Wall, this ancient building was built at the beginning of Ming Dynasty 600 years ago, it is about 14 kilometers long and reputated as the best preserved and longest City Wall in China. 12-14 meters wide on the top and 15-18 meters wide at the bottom. 12 meters tall.

Stop At: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Qinling North Road, Lintong District, Xi’an 710600 China
After visit the City Wall, we will driver to visit the famous Terracotta Warriors museum,there are more than 8000 pieces of real-life sized Terracotta Warrior and potter horsed were excavated out from here in three burial pits. The whole underground army were buried for the first Chinese emperor to guard for him in the underground world for his after life. No any historical record mentioned the Terracotta Warriors army, until 1974, the local farmer dig the water well, then the underground army were found and well known as the eighth wonder of the world.

Stop At: Chengdu, Chengdu, Sichuan
Then we drive to Xi’an bullet train station directly to catch the train from Xi’an to Chengdu, the whole journey will be about 4hours, the train will go through the Qinling mountain, the scenery is very stunning and amazing beautiful.

After the train arrived at Chengdu station, our local Chengdu tour guide and driver will pick you up from the exit of train station, then drive to Wenshu temple for tea tasting.

Stop At: Wenshu Yuan Monastery, No.66 Wenshuyuan Street, Qingyang District, Chengdu 610017 China
Wenshu temple is the local oldest temple in Chengdu which can date back to Sui Dynasty 1400years ago. Here we will have a tea tasting experience, relaxe yourself here.Chengdu is very nice and relaxing city in China, famous for slow life style and paradise of yummy food, it is the originated place of Sichuan cuisine.

Let’s go for a local popular restaurant to try the famous Sichuan hot pot for dinner, quite amazing foodie experience and very yummy, many food choices, if you don’t eat spicy food, we can choose the non-spicy hot pot for you.No worry for that.

After dinner,drive to the included 4star hotel to check in, the next morning buffet breakfast at hotel is included.

Day 4: Chengdu-Shanghai

Stop At: Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi), No.1375 Xiongmao Avenue the Outside Northern Third Ring Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu 610081 China
In the early morning, let’s go to visit the famous Panda breeding center in Chengdu, it has more than 60 pandas here, you can even see the cute new born baby pandas here. Panda is normally very active in the morning, we will see Panda eating the bamboo breakfast and some baby pandas fighting and playing with each other. Take some interesting pictures of these lovely creatures, that will be really a unforgettable experience for you.

Then we drive to Chengdu airport to catch the flight to fly to Shanghai.

Stop At: Pudong International Airport, Pudong International Airport, Shanghai
After your flight arrived at Shanghai airport, our local Shanghai driver will be waiting to take you to your own booked Shanghai hotel or train station, or port.
