Visit two sections of the untouched wild Great Wall in a full-day private tour. The two sections are Panlongshan Great Wall and Wohushan Great Wall. Both of them belongs to Gubeikou Great Wall. The walls retains its original bricks and stones, well-preserved and unrestored.

Your professional tour guide and driver will meet you at your hotel at 7:30am.

Your tour begins with a 2-hour drive to Great Wall at Gubeikou. Gubeikou Great Wall is located along Yanshan Mountain range in the northeast of Miyun County, about 140km away from downtown Beijing. Built in the Qi dynasty (AD 555),is the oldest Great Wall in Beijing (1460 years old).

The Great Wall occupies a strategically important location. It is the bastion protecting the northern gateway to the capital. Gubeikou Great Wall has two sections, Wohushan Great Wall and Panlongshan Geat Wall. The walls retains its original bricks and stones, well-preserved and unrestored.

You will follow your guide and start your hiking experience from the Panlongshan Great Wall. Panlongshan Great Wall lies between Wohushan Great Wall and Simatai Great Wall. It is about 5 km long, many historical wars took place here. There are more than 40 watch towers on this part. You have 2-3 hours hiking time.

After enjoy an authentic Chinese lunch, continue to hike on Wohushan Great Wall. 

Wohushan Great Wall, located in the west part of Gubeikou Great Wall System, is in an altitude of 665 meters. The steep geography of this section makes the shape as two tigers, thus got the name “Wohu” meaning crouching tigers. It is famous for its precipitous geography. Hundreds years passed, the old Wall without renovation becomes one of the most representatives for people to appreciate the original Great Wall architectural art.

When tour is finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing.
