After that drive to the CCTV new headquarter and it is for the China Central Television. Rem Koolhaas and Ole Scheeren of OMA were the architects in charge for the building, while Arup provided the complex engineering design. It has a nickname of “Big Pans” for its shape. You can stop and take some photos and the guide will provide you some information of this building.

After that drive to the Beijing National Stadium – more often referred to as the Bird’s Nest Stadium – took five years to complete and was constructed using 42,000 tons of steel, making it the largest steel structure in the world.

While if you are not interested in the night view for modern building you can also visit some old city such as wonder at the Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing street for snack street; Houhai hutong or Nanluoguxiang hutong and courtyard.
