Itinerary
In the early morning 6:30am, your guide and driver will pick you up from your city center hotel and transfer to Hebei Qing Eastern Tombs which is around 170 kilometers distance from Beijing. Upon arrival at 9:00am, you will start the full day discovery tour for the four tombs with three underground palace were excavated by tomb thieves. First you will come to the Emperor Qianlong’s tomb, see he and his five concubines coffin in the underground palace, visit the world treasure carvings underground accompanied with the amazing stories. After comes to CiXi’ tomb nearby and visit her precious Hall with full gold dragons and precious wood built rooms with underground palace and listen her secret stories. Continues comes to “Xiang Concubine” ‘s tomb area see over 31 concubines tomb earth with Xiang Concubine’s underground palace. Explore the Kang Xi Emperor’s tomb area and the sacred road with all pretty stone statues stand by before back to Beijing. All the Qian Long, CiXi, Kang Xi are quite famous and on throne long period.
