Stop At: Great Wall at Shanhaiguan Pass (Zhendong Gate), Northeast of Shanhaiguan District, Shanhaiguan District, Qinhuangdao 066200 China

Start your day with an early morning pickup at your Beijing downtown hotel by your friendly driver (English speaking driver available), then transfer to the Great Wall at Shanhaiguan Pass, which is located in Qinhuangdao Prefecture, Hebei Province, nearly 186 miles east of Beijing. It was the most important pass of the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty, protecting the widest corridor between China and its strongest rival neighbors, the Manchu, reputed as the “First Pass under Heaven”.
Upon arrival, your driver will assist with buying the ticket for you.

Stop At: Laolongtou (Old Dragon’s Head), 93 Haikou Rd, Qinhuangdao 066206 China

After meet your driver, you can stop for a local lunch (at your own cost), then drive a short distance to Laolongtou, know as the Old Dragon’s Head. It is the eastern starting point of the Great Wall built in the Ming Dynasty (1368 – 1644), and is also the only section on the sea.The whole Wall is considered a huge dragon winding through China, while Laolongtou is just like the head of the dragon stretching into the Bohai Sea.
You can explore 1-2 hours here. Then meet your driver and transfer back to Beijing downtown.
