Itinerary
Pickup in the morining around 8am in your hotel lobby, travel in a private vehicle to the Shilinxia scenic area, located about 60 miles (98 km) north of downtown Beijing. It will take you around 2 hours to get there. On the way, you could enjoy the beautiful wooded mountains, reservoirs and fruits trees. Upon arrival, you will take the cable car up to the half way, and enjoy another 40 minutes to 1 hour hike to the UFO glass platform. Where you can enjoy the wonderful views. The glass platform hangs 32.8 metres out from the cliff. It is claimed to be the largest sightseeing platform in the world. The transparent sightseeing platform is 800 meters above sea level and 400 meters high from the bottom of the cliff, a thriller for visitors who want to experience the excitement walking in the sky. The excusion will take you around 4 to 5 hours without rushing. And then, you will having a local food for lunch. After the tour, you will transferred back to your hotel.
