The time-honored town surrounded by mountains and rivers is 25km away from the tea garden, featured by the well-conserved Qing architecture. The history of the town could be traced back to the Warring State Period, about 1700 years ago.
Antiquated alley, winding stream, verdant banian tree, grey-colored civilian residence, arch bridge, peculiar folk custom, all those have distinguished the Xilai old town from the others.
