At 8am, we will pick you up from your centrally located hotel in Tianhe, Yuexiu, Liwan or Zhizhu District in Guangzhou, otherwise meet you at the meeting place. Then you will take 2.5-hour car ride to Taishan.
Firstly, you will visit the Meijia Courtyard or Mei’s Grand Courtyard. It is an old town where there are many old buildings that were built 100 – 150 years ago by rich overseas Chinese family. The town has been preserved very well since it was built, now it is a wonderful place to shoot the movies and photos.
Then you will head to explore Taishan historical street area, where you will learn the history and culture about these overseas Chinese in their hometown. The history here can be tracked back to 100 years ago when the overseas Chinese built their hometown. There are nice Qilou old buildings along the old streets. Moreover, you can buy local snacks or souvenirs here.
Later, you will take about 2.5-hour car ride back to your Guangzhou hotel where the tour concludes.
