Enjoy deep relaxation unlike you have never experienced before. The sound of the gong calms the monkey mind, erases tension and leaves you feeling relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated at all levels. Give yourself a break, come and take a pause that refreshes. We begin with tuning in, a short breathing meditation, gentle stretches followed by a 45 minute deep relaxation to the sound of the largest meditation gong collection in Asia.
