Itinerary
Day 1: Huangshan Arrival
Pass By: Huangshan, Huangshan, Anhui
After arrival at Huangshan Airport, you will be met by our local English speaking tour guide and transferred to the 4-star Xin An Country Villa Hotel. Your guide will help you check in. After that, free for rest of the day. Please take good rest as the schedule for following 2 days is busy and tight.

Day 2: The West Sea Canyon Hiking, Yellow Mountain
Stop At: Mt. Huangshan, Huangshan China
In the morning, head to Mt. Huangshan (one hour drive) Scenic Area and take the cable car from Yungu Station to the top of Mountain. During this 10-minute trip, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery as the cable car is slowly rising up, just like a picture unfolded in front of you gradually. Then check in Huangshan Shilin Hotel, which is 1630 meters above sea level and surrounded by mountains and pine trees.
The exploration of West Sea Canyon begins after a short lunch and quick break. Known as the “Illusory Scenic Area”, West Sea Canyon is renowned for its mysterious landscape with flowing clouds, ancient pine trees, steep mountains, and unique rock formation. There are two entrances/exits of the West Sea Canyon tour, which are Walking Fairyland Bridge in the south and the Dispelling Cloud Pavilion in the north. These have elevations of 1320 meters and 1430 meters above sea level.
This is a V-shape circuit route and takes about five hours. You will hike through the Dispelling Cloud Pavilion and down to the West Sea Canyon. Walk down along the stone steps to admire the rising peaks, unfathomable cliffs, bizarre stones and tenacious pine trees. Pass by 1st Ring and 2nd Ring and reach the Haixin Pavilion, the lowest point. Then hike ascend to the exit, the Fairy-Walking Bridge. It is a very distinctive bridge, built between two cliffs in 1988 and interestingly forming a letter “H”. As a landmark of the trip around the valley, the hanging bridge is a must for many adventurers. When crossing, timid persons should probably heed the popular warning, “don’t look down.”
You can also decide the hiking length according to your physical condition, usually 2 hours for the 1st Ring and 2.5 hours for the 2nd Ring. In the bottom of the canyon, there is also a monorail cable trains for transferring you back to the peak.
If time and energy allow, it’s highly recommended to spend one hour to enjoy the sunset from Dispelling Cloud Pavilion. Then return to the Huangshan Shilin Hotel and have a good rest for the next day.

Day 3: Sunrise on Beginning-to-Believe Peak, Hongcun Village, Tunxi Street and Departure
Stop At: Mt. Huangshan, Huangshan China
Get up at around 5:00 am to catch the beauty of sunrise of Huangshan. The Refreshing Terrance will be the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise and it takes only a few minutes to get there. It’s incredible to see countless peaks and grotesque pine trees come out gradually from the dark, just like a crowd of people walking towards you. You can see the golden sunlight piercing the mists and rocky peaks rising above the ever-changing sea of white clouds. How wonderful it is! Do remember to take memorable photos for this amazing scenery. Back to the hotel for breakfast after the sunrise.
Head to the Beginning-to-Believe Peak to stretch your eyesight over sea clouds to far distance, enjoying the fantastic view of Beginning-to-Believe Peak. Walk about 1 km towards to the Brush Pen. You’ll be shocked by those unique pine trees that grow on the cliff. One of the pine trees is called “ Umbrella Pine”, named by Secretary of United Nations — Mr.Kofi Anna and his wife Nane Anna when they paid a visit to Huangshan on May, 2006. The Peach Blossom Peak, the Lion Peak and the Flying Stone are all unique masterpieces of the nature you could not miss.

Stop At: Hongcun Ancient Village, Northwest Corner, Yi County 245500 China
Take the cable car downhill and move on to Hongcun. You will have a n authentic local lunch in Hongcun Jushantang Inn and begin to explore Hongcun Village. It is renowned in China for its Anhui-style buildings, and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000. Built in Song Dynasty, it enjoys a history of 800 years. There are about 140 well-preserved ancient houses from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Take a leisure walk in the “Chinese Village in Picture” and admire immerse yourself into it, you can easily forget troubles and enjoy the quiet countryside life. Lakes, ancient buildings and mountains constitute a beautiful painting, which is “welfare“ for photographers.

Stop At: Tunxi Ancient Street, Tunxi District, Huangshan 245000 China
Proceed to Tunxi Ancient Street, which was built in Song Dynasty and is lined with local shops selling unique folk custom gifts. It contains 1 main street, 3 bystreets and 18 alleys with over 300 Hui-style architectures. It’s highly recommended to stroll leisurely along the old street and taste some local snacks.
Tour end. You will be transferred to the airport for your departure.
