Gansu Provincial Museum, is a comprehensive museum located in Lanzhou City with a collection of over 350 000, including historical and cultural relics, modern cultural relics, ethnic cultural relics, paleontological fossils and specimen. The Must-see includes: Exhibitions of Painted Pottery, Silk Road Civilization Exhibition, Paleontological Exhibition.

According to historical data, Yellow River Iron Bridge, or Zhongshan Bridge of Lanzhou, which is 233.5-meter-long and 8.36-meter-wide, was built from 1907 to 1909. It is located near the the White Pagoda Hill. As the first real bridge and the bridge with longest history striding above the Yellow River in Lanzhou, it was originally named Yellow River Bridge.

Situated in the urban area of Lanzhou City, the park of Lanzhou Ancient Water Mill, which is a renowned attraction on Binhe Road, covers an area of 14,588 square meters, with Zhongshan Bridge to its east, the Statue of Mother Yellow River to its west, the White Pagoda Hill to its north and White Cloud Taoist Temple to its south.
Originating from Ming Dynasty, water mills are made of wood in special round shape and were a kind of important irrigation implement in the bank areas of Yellow River in ancient China.

Seated on the northern bank of Yellow River, the White Pagoda Hill is named after a white pagoda on its hilltop. The White Pagoda Hill originally boasted for Three Treasures, an elephant hide drum, a bronze bell and a Chinese redbud tree, though the tree dries up today.

Stop At: Bingling Temple Grottoes, West of Yongjing County, Tianshui 730030 China
A famous Buddhist caves, Bingling Temple Caves is one of the Four Most Famous Caves in China and just second to Mogao Grottoes of Dunhuang. Bingling, is the transliterating of the Tibetan “thousands of Buddhas”. Originally built in 420 in Western Qin Dynasty (385-400), the Bingling Temple Caves was continuously dug in later dynasties, and some painted decorations even done in Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) and Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Today, there are existing 183 caves, 694 stone statues, 82 clay statues and about 900 square meters frescos, stretching 200 meters along west bank of Temple Channel on a 60-meter-high cliff. With the giant Buddha of No.169 Cave being the main part, the 183 caves are scattered in upper temple, lower temple, temple channel as well as the Buddha terrace.
