Your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby of your Qingdao hotel or Qingdao International Port(No.6 dock). A private car will transfer you Xiaoyushan Park, and you walk up to the hilltop to enjoy panoramic view of the city and some of the landmarks you will be visiting later today. Xiaoyu mountain is located at the southeast corner of yushan campus of China Ocean University. With 60 meters elevation and 2.5 hectares, it is the first classical mountain garden park in Qingdao.

Stop At: Qingdao Yingbinguan, Shinan District, Qingdao, China
Built in 1907,this German castle-like building of royal European style was the residence of the German Governor in Qingdao and hence named”Governor’s House”. In 1934, it was renamed “Guest House” and became the top-notch hotel in Qingdao. Chairman Mao stayed here in the summer of 1957.

Stop At: Zhanqiao Pier, No.12 Taiping Rd, Shinan District, Qingdao 266001 China
Continue your visit to Zhanqiao, the pier was originally 656 feet (200 meters) long and built in 1891 to enable the larger official vessels of Qing Dynasty to dock at this small fishing village. Later, the pier was renovated and extended to 1,312 feet (400 meters) in length, stretching out into Qingdao Bay. The pier has a Chinese-style pavilion at the southern end that contrasts with the European architecture of Zhongshan Road that leads onto it.

Before your lunch, you will have a visit of Badaguan Scenic Reserve is located in the east of the city where, in the past, many foreigners came and built their houses with their heritage of architectural style. Strolling around the avenues you will find British, Japanese, Russian and Swiss style buildings.

After lunch, you will be driven to world famous Tsingtao Brewery. It was built in 1903 for the large German population residing there. The brewery has many exhibits that show its history and how the beer was made over 100 years ago. You will also see the bottling plant and finish your brewery visit with a free tasting of the famous beer.
After the visit, you will be transferred back to your Qingdao hotel or Qingdao International Port where your tour ends.
