What to Expect When Visiting Shanghai, Shanghai Region, China

Itinerary
Day 1: Private customized Shanghai city highlights in your way
Stop At: The Bund (Wai Tan), Zhongshan East 1st Road, Shanghai China
Your local great guide and the driver will pick up at your Shanghai hotel. Upon meeting, spend few mins to discuss the places you want to cover. As private tour, you will enjoy a 100% tailor made tour. Following is the popular itinerary. Be sure to let your guide know if you want to change it. Typically, start to visit the Bund, a “Free Museum of World Architecture”, enjoy the leisure stroll along Huangpu river and take in the fantastic old and new city skyline while learning Shanghai’s key colonial history from your guide.

Next head to Old town bazaar, known as the” China town” in Shanghai, talk a walk along nine lucky zigzag bridge, pay the visit to 5 century old classic garden and appreciate the beautiful architecture from Ming and Qing Dynasty. You may also enjoy some fun souvenir shopping here with the assistance from your guide.

Stop At: Former French Concession, Puxi Central, Huangpu District, Shanghai 200000 China
Continue the tour to the chic old French concession, include the lovely park where locals get around for leisure activities such as singing, ballroom dancing, Tai-chi etc. Appreciate the charming neighbors lined with the lush green trees and historic buildings. Follow your guide to Pudong New Island, take a walk along skywalk way and appreciate some of the the World Class skyscrapers such as Shanghai Tower, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, 100-Story Shanghai World Financial Tower , Lucky Jinmao Tower etc. If a nice clear day, choose to go up to one of the observation decks and enjoy a fantastic bird-eye view of the mega Shanghai city. Day 2: Suzhou Private Flexible Day Tour by Bullet Train
Stop At: The Classical Gardens of Suzhou, No.12 Gongyuan Road, Canglang District, Suzhou 215006 China
Your local great guide and the driver will pick up at your Shanghai hotel (Place) you stay. Enjoy a relaxing ride to Suzhou. On the way, discuss with your guide to tailor made your tour. As private tour, it is totally flexible and customizable, following is the suggested itinerary, make sure to tell your guide know if need make any changes. Typically, start the visit to the UNESCO garden -The Humble Administrator’s garden, spend quality time to explore the charming garden dotted with ponds, exquisite Taihu rockeries, old pavilions, bridges, flowers, lush greens while appreciate the beauty and fascinating culture, history from your guide.

Continue the tour to Shantang old street, regarded as China No.1 ancient street. Wander around old-wood architecture, view the ancienty wall . Walk cross the “Fortune ” bridge and take in the beautiful historic canal decorated with traditional lanterns, appreciate the charming scenery of Oriental venice. If time permits have a stop at the leaning pagoda and see the world’s 2nd leaning tower after the one from Italy Pisa. Afer the great tour you will enjoy the bullet train ride back to Shangahi with convenient drop off at your hotel.
