What to expect During this tour?

Sandy is a professional chef and baker and a graduate from a prestigious New York culinary school. She taught culinary classes at NYU and Institute of Culinary Education for 12 years. In the years she has been teaching, she has covered a lot of territory: from vegetarian, Asian, Jewish, Latin American, European, seafood, baking bread and pastry, to chocolate and candy! Sandy moved with her husband from New York City to Hong Kong. She may not be a Hong Kong local, but her knowledge about the culture and food is as if she had lived there all her life! Sandy lives with her husband and small dog in an upscale apartment complex. Her apartment is very modern with a minimalist tone. At her dining table, Sandy will introduce you to traditional Hong Kong cuisine; Cantonese food influenced by British colonization.
