The Austrian adventurer Joseph Rock (1884-1962) got lost in a remote part of the world from which he sent documentary articles to National Geographic that evoked places of exalted beauty, harmony, eternal people, mysteries ... and it was James Hilton , inspired by these stories from "Lost Horizons", who called him Shangrila.
