What to Expect When Visiting Tianjin, Tianjin Region, China
Private 2-day shore excursion from Tianjin Port to Beijing ensures that you don’t miss a thing in China’s capital city, even if you’re traveling on a short time frame. Travel in a private vehicle to top Beijing attractions such as the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, and Mutianyu Great Wall along with your personal guide.
Itinerary
Day 1: Tianjin Port – Mutianyu Great Wall – Hotel in Beijing
Stop At: Tianjin International Cruise Port, Tianjin China
Normally, your cruise dock at Tianjin port at 7:00am. If weather is good and clear, it only takes your 1 hour through customs (sometimes longer, depend on how many people on your Cruise). Your friendly guide will hold sign with your name sign and wait for you at port exit B at 8:00am.
Once you are picked up, you will visit famous Mutianyu Great Wall directly (less than 4 hour diving time). You can spend about 2 hours on the Wall. Beside beautiful photo takings and enjoy the beauty of it is fun to take cable car ride, or chairlift/toboggan ride. You surely will enjoy it vey much.
As to Lunch, you can choice to have your lunch meal either before or after your Great Wall Tour. Your lunch will be served in a local restaurant.
Then you will be transferred back to your hotel (at your own arrangement), and your guide will assist you for checking in.
Day2: Tiananmen Square – Forbidden City – Old Hutongs – Temple of Heaven – Tianjin Port
Your tour guide will come to your hotel to pick you up at 8:00am. You will visit Tiananmen Square first, the world’s largest public square. Explore the sites around the square with opportunities to take some amazing pictures. Then continue your tour to Forbidden city from Tiananmen Gate.
Forbidden City is the biggest and best preserved imperial palace in the whole world, and you will spend a couple of hours wandering around this amazing example of Imperial architecture and learning about the history of the palace (2.5 hours).
After Forbidden City visiting, head to Old Hutong area (Houhai Lake area). Hutong has over than 700 years history. You will take rickshaw to visit this old part Beijing. You will also have chance to visit the local family home and chatting with the locals. You will also enjoy a rickshaw tour (include part of walking tour).
After Hutong visiting, take a 30 minuets ride to local Chinese restaurant nearby Temple of Heaven for a nice lunch. Then, spend around 1.5 hour at Temple of Heaven.
After entire tour is finished, you will be transferred to Tianjin Port or Beijing International Capital Airport.

1:Your guide will finish work after Temple of Heaven, Only driver take you back to Tianjin Port
2: If you want to skip Hutongs, or temple of heaven, please let you guide know it. we nee ensure you to be Tianjin port on time.

Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Forbidden City-The Palace Museum, No.4 Jingshanqian Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100009 China
Then continue your tour to Forbidden city from Tiananmen Gate.

The last stop is Temple of Heaven, the UNESCO world culture heritage attraction -Temple of heaven.It is so much fun in the morning as you can see many local retired folks doing morning exercises here. You can join any kinds of activities if you like. Meanwhile, you will get to know all the detailed stories and histories about this temple from your tour guide.

Stop At: Tianjin, Tianjin
After entire tour is finished, you will be transferred to Tianjin Port or Beijing International Capital Airport.
