Your local guide will meet you at the lobby of Xi’an Bell Tower Hotel to lead you through Bell Tower Square and Drum Tower Square, where you could closely appreciate the beauty of these 600 year old towers. Next, you will pass through the gate of Drum Tower to bustling Muslim Street where a variety of restaurants with unique and famous signature dishes are located. You could grab some snacks or shop for souvenirs at your own expense while browsing along the street.

Later, visit Gao Family’s Grand Courtyard where you will see amazing architecture of Gao Family’s Mansion dating back to Ming and Qing Dynasties filled with antique furniture and traditional Chinese styled gardens. Gao Family’s Grand Courtyard is a perfect example of an authentic, yet, well preserved residence of affluence. In addition, you will watch a shadow puppet performance and learn the art of paper cutting along with a visit to the Museum of Historic Costume inside of this quadrangle courtyard.
Upon exit from the courtyard, you may continue to stroll along Muslim Street to taste some more local comfort food at your own expense or head back to your hotel.
