The guide will take you to an authentic local spice market to discover local spices and ingredients that we’ll cook with during our cooking class. The class will be carried out in a professional cooking school which is a famous local restaurant. During this hands-on cooking class with a professional chef, we’ll learn how to make Chinese Biang Biang noodles. After finishing making the noodles, you’ll be treated with Chinese tea or some drinks when you eat your self-prepared meal of Biang Biang noodles.
