At 8am, your private English-speaking driver-guide will greet you at your hotel lobby and then transfer you to Famen Temple in comfortable air-conditioned private vehicle (1 hour driving distance to the temple). Upon arrival, spent about 2-hour visit.

After lunch break (lunch at your own cost), continue your tour to Qian-Ling Mausoleum, a only one joint tomb in Chinese history. The emperor Gao-Zong( the emperor posthumous title) and his wife, empress Wu-Ze-Tian jointly buried together. It’s a huge site, and there is a lot of imperial official, prince and princess tomb nearby the emperor, and a couple of prince and princess, their tomb is open. Walk down to the burial chamber to see the structure of the tomb, and to appreciate the most impressive Tang dynasty original mural on the wall.

After your tour is finished, you will return back to your hotel in Xi’an.
