Pass By: Qingtongxia Tourist Area, Central South of Ningxia Plain, Qingtongxia 751600 China
Your English speaking guide and private car will pick you up in your hotel’s lobby. Then heading directly to Qingtongxia Gorge which takes about 1.5 hours. Sit back and enjoy the sceneries along the way.

108 Pagodas were built in the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368). Follow your guide to enjoy an amazing view of the huge triangle from the top with each row containing an odd number of pagodas. 108 is really an idiomatic number in Buddhism. Buddhism says that there are 108 kinds of trouble and disasters for life, to eliminate all of them, people need to pray to Buddha for 108 times, knock a bell for 108 times, etc…Stroll around the area, admire the Yellow River and mountains around you.

Then, move on to Qingtongxia Yellow River Canyon. The Canyon is more than 10 kilometers long, 50-100 meters wide and the cliffs on both sides are 30 meters high, with typical wild characteristics of Yellow River, known as the “No. 1 Canyon of the Middle and Upstream of Yellow River”. Take 1 hour boat cruise to experience the amazing views of the Yellow River and Mountain.
