Itinerary
Day 1: Visit Mati Temple & Pingshan Lake Valley
Stop At: Mati Temple Scenic Resort, Mati Country, Sunan County 734400 China
We will pick you up at the agreed time and start the journey from the amazing Mati Temple ( Horseshoe Temple ), located between the foothills of Qilian Mountain in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County. There are many grotto Buddha statues carved on the wall from Beiliang period to the present thousand years; and the high-rise grotto temple buildings, which is very attractive and splendid.

Stop At: Pingshan Grand Canyon, Zhangye China
Then proceed the tour to Pingshan Lake Valley, which is located in Pingshanhu Geopark Ganzhou Zhangye China, it is characterized by gutters and gullies and was an important channel to enter the Hexi corridor.

Day 2: Explore the Mysterious Zhangye Danxia Landform
Stop At: Binggou Danxia Scenic Area, Sunan County China
You will meet your guide and driver around 08:30 am and then set off by comfortable and private vehicle to our first stop Binggou Danxia. Compared with Zhangye Danxia Geopark, the color of Binggou Danxia is relatively simple and has a little different. However, the most prominent feature is that the shape of the Binggou Danxia Landform is unique, with various styles of modeling, and the scale is quite spectacular. is the most significant geological and geomorphic relic of the window lattice palace in China, mainly composed of sandstone geomorphic relic landscape. The narrow ridges in the Ice Valley are all pointing to the sky, making this valley the Red Stone Forest of the Great Northwest. From a distance, the rolling hills look like temples, pagodas, and figures of Buddha, making the valley a natural Buddhist land.

Stop At: Zhangye Danxia Geopark, 30km South of the County, Linze County 734200 China
Coming out from the Binggou Danxia, next we will head to visit the Zhangye Danxia National Geopark, located in northwest China’s Gansu Province. It is a spectacular multicolor covering a large area of the cliffs that have made the place look like a masterpiece of an oil painting against the canvas of surrounding grey plain. The landform is the result of red sandstone erosion, together with its geological structure and long term desert conditions, wind and water erosion. The great force of nature has its great artwork emerged.
